1.1 Design Services: Refunds are available for design services under specific conditions, as outlined below. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not generally provided once work has commenced, except under special circumstances.

- If you cancel the project before the design process has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of the upfront payment.
- If the design process has started but is not yet completed, a partial refund may be considered, depending on the amount of work already completed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed design work or for services that have already been fully delivered.

- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
